KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Technical Support & Automation: Assist in the development and maintenance of
training dashboards using Microsoft Power BI and automate L&D workflows
(registration, feedback, reporting, etc.) using Microsoft Power Automate.
2. Competency Mapping Support: Serve as the primary project coordinator for
the Talent Competency Compass for Technical Competency Development
projects (OleoFats Inc. & CHEMREZ), managing data collection, interviews, and
documentation for technical competencies.
3. Data Analytics: Manage the administration of the Enterprise-wide Customer
Satisfaction Survey, including data cleaning, basic statistical analysis, and
preparation of report decks for shared services.
4. Training Coordination: Handle the logistics for Microsoft Office, Microsoft Power
Platform, and Project Management training sessions, ensuring all 9 business units are
served efficiently.
5. Lean Six Sigma Assistance: Support the OIC Head of L&D in gathering process data
for Lean Six Sigma projects and monitoring the progress of coaching interventions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Industrial Engineering, HR, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel, familiarity with Power BI, and
a strong interest in AI applications for business.
• Soft Skills: High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and the ability to
communicate with diverse stakeholders across 9 business units.
• Experience: 2–3 years in an L&D, Data Analyst, or Project Management support role.
