Job Summary
We are seeking a driven Sales Representative to achieve sales objectives for Oleo-Fats, Incorporated within the bakery and mass market segments. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, explaining product features, forecasting sales, and ensuring targets are met while providing excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Achievement: Achieve sales objectives for Oleo-Fats, Incorporated.
- Product Expertise: Explain product specifications and features to existing or potential customers.
- Forecasting & Target Attainment: Forecast potential sales and ensure targets are consistently met.
- Relationship Building: Travel within the designated sales area to build strong customer relationships and sell products.
- Customer Satisfaction: Take the lead in resolving customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Professional Representation: Work independently, professionally, and effectively represent the company’s image and values.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business, Engineering, Culinary, or related courses.
- Experience: At least 1-2 years’ experience in sales or marketing.
- Knowledge: Knowledgeable in sales process, account management, generating leads, prospecting, and customer service.
- Skills:
- Good presentation and demonstration skills; willing to attend networking events and trade shows.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; fluent in English and Filipino.
- Can work under pressure and multi-task; strong professionalism and organizational skills.
- Team player and open to minimal administrative tasks.
- Location: Willing to work in the National Capital Region (NCR).
