Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist – Industrial to drive sales objectives for OFI Food Solutions’ Industrial division. This role involves actively prospecting, generating new leads, conducting market research, developing penetration strategies, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Drive: Drive the achievement of sales objectives for OFI Food Solutions’ Industrial division.
  • Prospecting & Engagement: Actively prospect and generate new sales leads, visit clients, and deliver product presentations.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new trends and client opportunities.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies for effective market penetration and client acquisition.
  • Upselling/Cross-selling: Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling OFI Food Solutions products.
  • Client Feedback & Collaboration: Collect client feedback and collaborate with the Product Design team for improvements.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with support teams for order processing, timely deliveries, and credit/collection.
  • Training & Demos: Deliver product training sessions and demonstrations to clients.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Commerce, Marketing, Food Technology, Chemistry, or other related fields.
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales or a related field. Prior sales experience in the food manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong team player, exceptional attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
    • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google applications.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; excellent presentation skills.
    • Mandarin and Fookien speaking ability is a plus to support client engagements.
