Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct the daily cycle counting together with 3PL’s inventory counter
- Ensure that the BO (bad orders) and backloads are properly marked, segregated and forwarded to appropriate store locations.
- Ensures that all non -conforming items are properly monitored segregated and labelled
- Entertain the internal and external visitors during the visit.
- Coordinates and check stocks availability to production during hand-to-mouth situation.
- Make shift reports and submitted it to Warehouse Operations Specialist
- Keeps warehouse clean and organized.
- Reports to Warehouse Specialist all abnormalities in warehouse operations.
- Act as an area supervisor during the absence of Warehouse and Logistics Operations Specialist
- Received and process job order(JO) form from marketing department by generating in the system.
- Confirmation of delivery schedule to Marketing Department.
- Dispatching of deliveries.
- Monitor and checks all dispatched deliveries
- Collect all returns documents from haulers
- Files process orders form and authority to load
- Answers external and internal inquiries on the status of orders and delivery schedules
- Make and submit warehouse and Logistics shift reports to Warehouse and Logistics Specialist
Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
- Picking accuracy (total orders-incorrect items return)/ total orders x 100
- Put away accuracy rate (stock put away correctly / total inventory put away) x 100
- Put away productivity (volume of stock put away / warehouse clerk / hour
- Warehouse Space Utilization (percentage of space occupied by stocks out of the total space available for storage)
- Receiving efficiency (volume of inventory received/no. of staffed hours’ work)
- Rate of Return (Units return/units sold x 100)
- Back Order Rate (Total Back orders/Total orders x100)

- Warehouse and Logistics fulfillment: receiving, put away, picking and documentations.
- Must have high level of integrity and able to work with other department in a collaborative manner.
- Ability to interact in a matrix organization driving results based on KPI
- Must immerse oneself on the corporate values of D&L and act as a role model in keeping the values working
- Proper organizing of stocks.
- Efficient dispatching of deliveries
- Proper handling of POD’s and logistics files.
Qualifications
- Industrial Engineering graduate, BS Commerce and other related course
- With at least 2 to 3 years of experience as Warehouse Associates in food and ingredients industry is an advantage Must be knowledgeable in warehouse processes: put away, picking, sorting, issuance of raw mats to production.
- Must know proper product handling and dispatching of deliveries
- Computer Literate (MS Word and Excel)
