Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensures that data managed and maintained by Talent Management are up-to-date and complete such as:
1. For talent and succession planning – HI-PO database, HI-PO Individual Development Plans (IDPs), succession charts
2. For promotions – Promotion database, promotion deliberations deck, approvals
3. For job leveling – Job leveling structure
4. For performance management / OKR alignment – Related reports, training kits
5. For compensation – Market salary data, salary data findings
- Provides support to the Talent Management Manager in the following activities:
1. For talent and succession planning – Facilitating the development conversations with line managers and HI-POs; Following through the implementation of the HI-POs’ IDPs; Keeping updated with HI-POs’ progress by touching bases with line managers and HR; Validating succession charts and action items with President
2. For promotions – Administering the promotions process from end to end (i.e., from kickstarting the process to monitoring conversations between line managers and promoted employees) in coordination with line managers and HR
3. For job leveling – Conducting job evaluation for new and changed positions
4. For performance management / OKR alignment – Maintaining Sprout Performance+ (P+) as Admin; Ensuring that all employees and line managers undergo goal-setting, midyear performance review, and year-end performance review in P+; Serving as P+ Helpdesk to employees; Discussing with Sprout team issues and concerns in P+ and ensuring that these are resolved
5. For compensation – Generating and analyzing market salary data
- Takes part and may take the lead in special projects and initiatives to be assigned by the Talent Management Manager
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of Psychology or any business-related course
- Can be a fresh graduate as work experience is NOT required.
- Must be a fast learner who is capable of working and completing tasks quickly.
- Must be a multi-tasker who can manage his/her time efficiently.
- Must be very sharp in dealing with details and processes.
- Must have a pleasant, approachable demeanor with good people and communication (oral, written) skills. Must be very capable of handling databases as well
- A positive, can-do attitude at work is expected.
- Amenable for 5 days compresses work week schedule
- Must be willing to work onsite in Calle Industria, Bagumbayan, Quezon City
- Must possess a balance between technical and creative skill:
1. Technical: as analyzing data and numbers. Must possess at least intermediate-level skills in MS Excel.
2. Creative Skill: Can handle conceptual and design work (e.g. framework, branding, presentation materials). Must possess at least intermediate-level skills in MS Powerpoint and Canva.
