Key Responsibilities
- Actively sell the company’s products and services and identify sales opportunities by analyzing consumer and market trends
- Develop new accounts by researching and identifying potential leads and soliciting new business
- Research on the latest trends in the industry to find and create opportunities to expand the business and stay up-to-date on movements of company competitors
- Work closely with existing customers to understand their business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans that will maintain and grow sales within assigned territory
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in current and prospective customers, including plant or facility executives
- Provide technical support to customers, identifying and resolving customer challenges, escalating as required.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure targets and requirements are met
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business management, finance, accounting, marketing, communications, or engineering
- At least three (3) years proven track record in marketing, business development, and sales
- Able to speak in Mandarin or Hokkien
