General Objective of the Job
This role is responsible for the development and improvement of products for ENDURA CONSTRUCTION.
Field of Responsibilities
- Lead the activities of the group related to product performance evaluation, product applications and product development.
- Develop formulations of existing and new materials across industries.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports of developed product aligned with the Company business plan.
- Provide technical support to Sales & Marketing relating to product performance and applications. Prepare presentation materials to aid product promotion
- Conduct quarterly in-house product presentation regarding new product and new application of existing raw materials
- Coordinate and liaise with 3rd party laboratories to perform product performance evaluations
- Prepare benchmark evaluation/reports related to feasibility evaluation of projects
- Suggest ways to improve the over-all wellness and safety of the laboratory.
- Develop application test procedures in coordination with the synthesis Group.
- Write technical reports to summarize experiments.
- Acquire and justify new laboratory equipment to aid development works.
Qualifications
- Must be a Bachelor’s/College Degree Graduate of Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science and other science related courses
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Preferably with at least 1 year relevant work experience in Construction Chemical Industries
- With positive attitude and willing to work beyond the normal working hours
- Proficient in using MS Office Applications and Computer Literate
- Good communication skills
- Willing to work in Bagumbayan, Calle Industria, Quezon City
