Job Summary
The Product Specialist is responsible for expanding our global market reach, identifying new business opportunities, and managing relationships with international clients and distributors.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Help Develop and implement strategies to grow our export sales in targeted regions.
2. Identify and establish contact with potential international clients and distributors.
3. Assist in managing end-to-end sales processes, including order processing, shipping, and after-sales support for international customers.
4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international trade regulations, tariffs, and logistics.
5. Collaborate with logistics and finance departments to ensure timely deliveries and accurate billing.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any issues or concerns.
7. Attend international trade shows and exhibitions to represent the company and its products.
8. Regularly report sales metrics, trends, and forecasts to senior management.
9. Provide input on product development based on feedback and insights from international markets.
10. Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay updated on competitors’ activities.

Qualifications and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
– Minimum of 2 experience in export sales or a similar role.
– Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
– Strong understanding of international trade regulations and documentation.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– Proven track record in meeting sales targets.
– Ability to travel internationally as needed.
– Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work autonomously.
