Marketing and Sales Admin Coordinator

Position Summary

The Marketing and Sales Admin Coordinator represents the liaison between various sales groups and works with internal and external clients. The incumbent coordinates and expedites the workflow and materials within or among respective departments according to monthly or weekly production schedules. He/She assumes responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day activities and needs of the department to ensure its smooth operation.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Receives inquiries regarding product information.

· Receives orders as well as complaints from customers.

· Updates quality records like customer data, collections, and sales.

· Encodes Order Forms, Change notices, and Customer complaints.

· Ensures proper filing of pertinent documents such as POs, Quotation, Jos, Correspondents, etc.

· Follow-up orders of pending Purchase Orders for delivery.

· Follow-up collections through the telephone upon the request of the Product Representative.

· Analyzes problems and recommends the necessary corrective and preventive actions.

· Acts on non-conformances and non-compliance issued to her and ensures that corrective and preventive measures are implemented based on required or agreed upon timetable.

· Performs other duties assigned to him/her.

· Collate information for report generation.

Qualifications

  • Marketing or Business Management Graduate
  • Basic clerical skills i.e. typing, filing
  • Computer Literate
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently.
