Job Summary
The job involves serving as a liaison with various government agencies to ensure the proper and timely filing of corporate records, documents, and permits. This role is crucial for maintaining compliance and smooth operations by managing all necessary administrative and legal documentation with government bodies.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Daily Duties
1. Reports to the supervisor
2. Files and maintains corporate records/ documents or permits in their files
3. Assists and monitors in providing documents requested by internal or external parties;
B. Periodical Duties
1. Assists in the preparation and submission of reportorial requirements, as well as filing of letters, Incorporation or Amended documents with the Securities and Exchange Commission;
2. Liaise with government agencies relative to the application/renewal of business permits, licenses, clearances and submission of documentary requirements, payment of fees relative to the application/renewal of business permits, licenses, clearances;
3. Assists in requesting documents from various government agencies required by internal or external parties;
4. Receive, record, and coordinate the approval and payment of administrative or utilities expense;
5. Scan corporate records or permits, licenses, clearances for digital file;
C. Occasional Duties
1. Encoding of corporate records or permits, licenses, clearances;
2. Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
RELEVANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE JOB:
A. Qualification Required
Education: Any business course, preferably with 6 units of Basic Accounting
Experience: One (1) year as liaison staff
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities (special skills abilities required)
one (1) year experience in dealing with various gov’t. agencies proficient in computer applications;
willing to commute and travel to various LGUs and gov’t. agencies
