General Objective of the Job
Responsible for manning the day to day activities on all aspects of the application process and ensuring quality of workmanship of all Endura systems. Works closely with the project engineer to ensure timeliness of the project is delivered with high quality of workmanship.
Duties and Responsibilities
A. Planning
- Understanding what the client or company wants to achieve
- Agreeing timescales, costs and resources needed to deliver a project
- Drawing up a detailed plan for how to achieve each stage of a project
- Selecting and leading a project team
- Negotiating with contractors and suppliers’ delivery schedule
B. Execution
- Overseeing day to day activities in 1 or 2 project sites
- Ensuring that each stage of the project happens on time, on budget and to a high standard
- Makes inventory of all tools and equipment and ensures all tools are properly maintained
- Reporting regularly on progress to the client and stakeholders
- Resolving any issues or delays
- Demonstrating knowledge of all areas of construction
- Assisting in surveying and generating bids for tender
- Accomplishing all necessary documents are handed over and submitted for proper documentations and collections.
- Prepares customer correspondence and inter-office memos are needed.
- Performs other related duties and responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Graduate or Licensed Civil Engineer
- At least 2 years experience in Construction
- With knowledge in Project Management Systems, Tools and Documents, Autocad, and People management
- With knowledge in QA/QC
- Amenable to do site visits or fieldwork
- Good communication skills
