General Objective of the Job
The Inside Sales and Marketer is a pivotal role within Endura Team, responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and develop high potential projects through outbound calls and social media and digital communication & marketing channels. This position requires a combination of strong communication skills, sales acumen, and a deep understanding of the target market.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prospect Generation: Actively seek out potential customers using various prospecting techniques, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and professional group affiliations and events.
- Lead Qualification: Assess prospects list’s assess and qualify the high potential prospects that have urgent, mid-term and long-term needs of Endura.
- Organizing Technical Presentations: Organize a group technical presentations to Target Audiences, i.e. but not limited to building owners, developers, designers, project managers, contractors, consultants, plant/facilitates managers & maintenance managers/ Play a key role in Endura’s brand and technology massive promotion.
- Manage Endura Website: Track and Analyze web traffic, user behavior and conversion tracking, measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales funnels
- Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring that leads are followed up on in a timely manner and opportunities are maximized.
- Data Entry and Reporting: Accurately record sales activities, lead information, and customer data in our Endura Customers Management and Project Management folders.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to assist the Sales Manager in developing sales
Qualifications
- College/Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or any 4 year course
- With 2 years or more of sales experience
- Tele Sales Experience: Proven track record in inside sales or telemarketing, preferably within the construction or related industries but not necessary
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, including the ability to build rapport and persuade potential clients.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of construction terminology, processes and industry trends.
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing: Experience in effectively using social media and digital marketing and to manage website leads, tracks engagements.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer Literate
- Willing for 5-days compressed work week schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30AM-5:30PM
- Amenable to work and report onsite in Calle Industria, Bagumbayan, Quezon City
