Job Summary

Impex Processor’s role is to prepare permit applications, secure approval from Impex superior/s, file, process and approve to PEZA Zone the Import/Export (Impex) transactions of Ecozone Export Enterprise (EEE) in accordance to PEZA’s procedures and requirements. These include but not limited to:

  • Movement of Goods (8105, 8106, 8110, 8112)
  • E-ZTD for EEE to EEE, EEE to ELSE
  • Letters of Authority (LOA) application to PEZA FIT and PEZA OBO
  • Liquidation of Ledger for LOA
  • Application of Surety Bond for LOA
  • Scrap-Materials & Equipment

Request, file, process and approve to PEZA/BOC other Impex transactions relative to Local/Imported delivery, Import/Export shipments, pull-out/delivery of goods/services in the ecozone, duties & taxes, shipment processing fees, overtime, PEZA/BOC forms, closing/settlement of shipment thru tag arrived and tag-used.

 

He/She ensures that the correct filing procedures and submission of documentary and applications requirements are strictly being followed in compliance to RA 7916 of PEZA and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), checks the accuracy, completion and timely submission of documentary requirements and other reportorial requirements to PEZA.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree graduate of any Business courses, Logistics, Custom Administration, and Impex Entrepreneurship/ Administration
  • 2-5 years in PEZA Manufacturing Company
  • Technical know-how and familiarity in PEZA, Import/Export end to end process
  • Knowledge in the PEZA Local processing, preferably in the processing of PEZA and BOC documents and permits
  • Knowledgeable in all PEZA documents such as 8105, 8106,8110 and etc.
  • Knowledge of statutory compliance and PEZA documentations
  • Trainable and willing to learn
  • Computer Literate
  • With high initiatives and motivations
  • With good oral and written communication skills
  • Can work under pressure, flexible, with determination at work, and easy to learn
  • Can have good relations with the government agencies like PEZA, BOC, etc.
  • Knows how to drive a car is an advantage.
  • Amenable to work in First Industrial Township Special Economic Zone FIT-SEZ, Tanauan, Batangas
