Job Summary
Overall in-charge in the administrative and clerical tasks and liaisons with the Government Offices (SSS, Pag-IBIG, Philhealth and DOLE)
Duties and Responsibilities
- Takes charge with the overall monitoring and issuance of office supplies, including uniform and makes sure of accurate inventory.
- Keeps and maintains 201 files updated and complete.
- Liaisons with government offices (SSS, Pag-IBIG, Philhealth and DOLE) and prepares documents for submission and updating.
- Prepares government reports to remain compliant.
- Provides assistance with the engagement activities by preparing needed materials and providing documentations.
- Contributes to the documentations and articles being uploaded to the E-News.
- Monitors usage and replenishments of pantry, office, and cleaning supplies.
- Prepare cash advances and liquidations for HR Activities and purchase of admin supplies.
- Endorse and monitors all documents to and for other business units.
- Maintains employee confidentiality.
- Sets required and necessary meetings with stakeholders and prepares the minutes of the meeting.
- Creates ID for newly hired and ID replacement for regular members.
- Assists in all employee needs and concerns.
- Facilitates and analyzes internal customer satisfaction surveys for HR.
Qualifications
- Preferably a graduate of Psychology, Human Resources and or any related field.
- With 1-2 years of experience in the field of general human resources.
- Ability to engage and maintain good relationship with stakeholders
- With outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving and team management abilities.
- Knowledge on IMS Standard (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001) is an advantage
- Proven ability to multitask
- Attention to details
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational skills
- Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office
- Willing for 5-days compressed workweek schedule
- Amenable to work and report onsite in Calle Industria, Bagumbayan, Quezon City
