Duties and Responsibilities
- Handles and monitor various project documentation requirement including permits, purchase orders, change orders, design development plans, contracts & all other tenders documents required by the Department & the Project.
- Monitor & log all document from the Consultants, Project Management Team, Quantity Surveyors & Contractors for completeness.
- Facilitate all contractor/supplier billings to follow LBL Process to release payment on a timely manner.
- Handle the turn over of documents to the Facility Management group as part of the Project acceptance.
- Create logs & generate reports to monitor incoming and outgoing documents.
- Handle administrative works such as setting & coordinating project meetings. Responsible for managing records, documents plans/drawing of the project.

- Implement LBL document control system & procedure.
- Prepares, maintain, & updates table of records.
- Oversees safekeeping, filing receiving & release of Projects group & project document control systems & procedures.
- Secures all document especially confidential files.
- Monitors office supplies and facilities.
- Receiving, reviewing, checking, sorting of all incoming documents which includes daily reports, communications, submittals & RFI’s plans & billings, & encoding to data management system.
- Preparation of memos, transmittals, & reports.
- Perform other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.
