Job Description

1. Prepares tender documents, contract, budget, bill of quantities and other related documents.
2. Review building, construction or architectural plans.
3. Create price/forecast of the cost of materials
4. Gather data and quantification
5. Come up with ways to reduce overall cost
6. Measure and value work done on site
7. Undergo quantity takeoff
8. Material submission

Qualifications

1. Graduate of BS Civil Engineering
2. With 10 years related work experience in design and construction industry
3. Registered Civil Engineer
