Job Description

1. Directly reporting Facility Engineer
2. Responsible in monitoring  all FCU nd ACCU
3. Can perform welding activities
4. Should report all defects and abnormalities observed to Facility Engineer
5. Should perform assigned activities by Facility Engineer
6. Visual inspection of all FCU and ACCU (Split type and VRF)
7. Visual inspection of ERV, fans, blowers and controllers
8. Checking of drain line
9. Preventive Maintenance of Fans and Blowers
10. Cleaning of FCUs
11. Cleaning ACCU and ledges
12. Checking of ducts
13. Re-tightening of all electrical terminals and contacts
14. Other task assign from time to time
