Main Responsibilities
Administrative Management
- Handle the registration, licensing, and accreditation of the organization together with the admin coordinator and head of the organization.
- Handle the compliance and reportorial requirements of the organization to the different regulatory bodies together with the admin coordinator and head of the organization.
- Maintain and ensure that the organization is in compliance with all the regulatory bodies.
- Maintain and ensure that the organization is compliant with the Data Privacy Policies and complied with the Privacy Impact Assessment done.
- Liaise with the regulatory bodies and other stakeholders as needed.
- On top of the database management of the organization. Collate, record, and keep statistical data from all the programs for monitoring and evaluation purposes towards impact assessment. Prepare and submit quarterly data report in time for the quarterly board meeting.
- Maintain the files and documents of the organization.
- Record and keep an inventory of LFI’s supplies and equipment.
- Participate in and document all weekly team meetings and remind the team about the agreed timelines and targets to ensure that they are met.
- Maintain confidentiality of beneficiary and organization’s information in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
Program Management
- Assist the team on big events and activities and in other activities where needed.
- Assist the program coordinators when necessary.
Place of Assignment
- NCR but will minimal travel and fieldwork in the performance of assigned work and duties.
Qualifications
- Male or female
- A graduate of social work, community development, development studies, sociology, and other social sciences course.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Work experience in an NGO and/or corporate foundation is an advantage.
- Good leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven and able to deliver results with minimum supervision.
