Job Summary:
Terminalling Associate role is to ensure that the loading and unloading process of bulk products run
smoothly, efficiently and safely. Maintaining the integrity of operation and monitoring of inventory.
What You’ll Do (Terminal Operations):
- Attend to dispatching operations: in-plant scheduling, pipe & valve line-up, filling, sealing, weighing, documentation, and plant-to-plant transfers.
- Direct the movement of trucks and ensure adherence to traffic, loading, and safety rules.
- Oversee quantity and quality assurance for bulk cargoes (incoming, storage, withdrawals).
- Man terminal, dispatching, and receiving activities on a rotation basis.
- Monitor suitability and fitness of road tankers, terminal tankage, and support facilities.
- Oversee bin-card and other daily updated documents for inventory accounting and reporting.
- Prepare daily receiving and dispatching reports.
- Act as shift coordinator for good housekeeping, safety, and security compliance.
- Serve as shift emergency response coordinator for the terminal.
What You’ll Do (Logistics):
- Coordinate with internal customers for daily delivery/transfer schedules and forecasts.
- Coordinate with haulers for road tankers’ availability and schedule.
- Nominate road tankers and plan tanker turnaround for 100% delivery outturn.
- Recall documents for filling & distribution to recipients.
- Oversee maintenance on company-owned tankers.
- Monitor road tankers’ whereabouts and delivery status at customer sites.
- Serve as a road tanker emergency response group member/respondent.
What We’re Looking For:
- Educational Background: Graduate of any 4-year course.
- Work Experience:
- At least one (1) year of working experience in warehousing, inventory, and dispatching.
- With exposure in logistics and terminalling services.
- Skills: Computer literate; can communicate in English.
- Preferences: Preferably a Breadwinner, single, or male.
