Job Summary
Assists the Marketing Manager for Motorcare in formulating and executing marketing plans for assigned products/categories designed to achieve company sales, units and profit objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Plan Support: Assist in developing and executing short-term and long-term marketing plans to achieve sales and profit objectives for assigned brands (e.g., VS1, Mototek).
- Product Development: Support product and package development, identifying key selling features (sizes, pricing, claims).
- Strategy Execution: Assist in developing and executing specific strategies, including sales promotion activities, merchandising programs, and advertising programs across digital/social media, in coordination with relevant agencies and departments.
- Budget Management: Prepare budgets for units, sales, and Advertising & Promotion (A&P) spending for assigned brands.
- Coordination: Coordinate with toll packers and Logistics for inventory requirements.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to analyze consumer reactions and market trends.
- Reporting: Conduct periodic store checks and prepare brand and marketing budget reviews.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 3 years of Marketing work experience with a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company.
- Education: Marketing or Business Management graduate.
- Skills:
- Analytical, assertive, confident, and reliable.
- Creative and possesses initiative.
- Can plan, organize, lead, and control.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Pleasing personality and presentable (client-facing).
