GENERAL OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB
Sales Support Associate provides essential administrative and logistical support to a sales team, ensuring smooth sales processes and customer satisfaction. This role involves a mix of tasks, including managing documentation, handling customer inquiries, improving operational workflows, and potentially generating sales reports.
I. MANAGING CUSTOMER INQUIRIES

Responding to customer emails, phone calls, or chat messages.

Addressing common inquiries regarding products, services, or account issues.

Escalating complex issues to managers / sales
II. UPDATING CUSTOMER INFORMATION

Recording and updating customer contact details and references in Quickbooks.
III. GENERATING REPORTS
-
Tracking and generating reports related to sales.
IV. ACCOUNT AND PROCESS FAMILIARIZATION

Ensuring the team has service information to provide accurate answers.
V. PROVIDING FEEDBACK TO MANAGEMENT

Sharing recurring customer concerns or suggestions with management for process improvements.

Reporting any customer service challenges or bottlenecks that need attention.
VI. ATTENDING TO CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS FOR ESCALATIONS

Investigating customer complaints and ensuring proper follow-up for resolution.

Coordinating with other departments (e.g., sales, technical support, regulatory) to address customer needs.
VI. INVENTORY OR PRODUCT MANAGEMENT

Regularly check the stock levels to ensure that we have enough inventory
RELEVANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE JOB
This position will support the Chemrez Technologies LLC based in the US so will be working on night shift and can work remotely.
Qualifications Required

Must be a Graduate of Business Administration, Accounting or any related field of study

Must have 1-2 years of relevant experience

With Logistics, and Sales & Order Experience is preferred

Good English Written and Verbal Communication Skills

Willing to report in Calle Industria, Bagumbayan, Quezon City
-
Willing for a 5-days compressed work week schedule
