General Objective of the Job
To provide administrative, clerical and other support services to Product Group assigned.
Fields of Responsibility
1. File Management
- Keeps and maintains files of sales and collection data, correspondence, reports, forms and other documents
- Keeps and maintains a clean and orderly office environment
2. Customer Management
- Provide Help Desk, answer inquiries on behalf of the group.
- Provide requests for samples to customers
3. Export Order Management
- Handle customer export orders for approval of Product Manager/Sales Director
- Coordinate with Production, Technical, Warehouse, and Transport Sections
- Monitor availability of stocks
- Coordinate with Shipping lines
- Handle Shipment booking
- Coordinate with IMPEX Services on documentation
- Provide customers with information on orders/deliveries/collections
4. Order Management
- Handle customer local orders for approval of Product Manager/Sales Director
- Coordinate with Production, Technical, Warehouse, and Transport Sections
- Monitor availability of stocks
- Provide customers with information on orders/deliveries/collections
5. Data Management
- Update customer data file and special instructions
- Assist to prepare offers, sales contracts, sales forecasts, reports, minutes of the meeting, correspondence and other documents.
- Supply and update IMPEX services
6. Collection Management
- Assist to follow-up collections and monitor customer credit status; update sales group
Qualifications
- Graduate of any Business/Computer course
- Fresh Graduates are open to apply
- With 1-2 years marketing experience
- Computer Literate
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Willing for 5-days compressed workweek schedule
- Willing to work on-site in Calle Industria Bagumbayan, Quezon City
