Directly reporting and assisting the Project Development Director in Business Development and Marketing
Duties and Responsibilities
- Formulates and implements an effective and efficient document control system and procedures.
- Preparation of Marketing Materials and has an eye for graphics.
- Handles administrative works such as setting and coordinating project meetings including preparation of the minutes, foods, snacks etc.
- Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf.
- Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary.
- Responsible in making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
- Have strong organizational and interpersonal skills and ability to multitask.
- Accountable in handling petty cash and reimbursables.
- Preparation of memos, transmittals and reports and corporate gifts.
- Responsible in keeping confidential information.
- Directly responsible in assisting Project Directors requirement from time to time.
