General Objective of the Job
- Achieve the sales targeted by the team in the assigned accounts.
- Focus on increasing sales, profit and number of customers.
- Expand the product range and applications used by clients.

Duties and Responsibilities
A. Planning
-
Understand market needs, new trends, and future developments for more business opportunities.
- Implement effective market penetration strategies to develop new customers and gain more sales.
- Make the business more profitable by maintaining high sales turnover and a good margin.
- Grow the market share of existing businesses with the given market intelligence and expertise.
- Regain lost accounts and sustain existing businesses.
B. Execution
- Handle accounts in various industries such as printing inks, thermosets, adhesives & sealants, and paints & coatings.
- Communicate with principals on business-related matters.
- Set an appointment, prepare a schedule, and accompany the supplier for commercial and technical visits.
- Promote new and existing products.
- Forward product sample, TDS, SDS, starting formulation, presentation, comparative evaluation, regulatory document, and other forms requested.
- Monitor and follow-up on project development
C. Creation
- Prepare the following updates, reports and presentations such as Supplier’s monthly report, business presentation, etc.
D. Initiative
- Monitor the sample and product inventory status
- Verify the purchase order, sales order and proforma invoice.
- Keep track of product delivery status.
- Collect payments and BIR 2307
- Other requests.
Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Chemistry or BS Chemical Engineering or any related courses
- 2 years of minimum work experience in laboratory or sales
- Preferably with technical know-how on paints & coating, inks, construction raw materials and testing.
- Can drive 4-wheels vehicle and with driver’s license
- Knowledgeable in MS Office
- Amenable to work onsite in Calle Industria, Bagumbayan, Quezon City
