General Objective of the Job
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the application process and ensuring quality of workmanship of all Endura systems. A project supervisor works closely with the technical sales manager, R&D and customers to ensure timeliness of the project is delivered with high quality of workmanship.
Duties and Responsibilities
A. Planning
- Understanding what the client or company wants to achieve
- Agreeing timescales, costs and resources needed to deliver a project
- Drawing up a detailed plan for how to achieve each stage of a project
- Selecting and leading a project team
- Negotiating with contractors and suppliers’ delivery schedule
B. Execution
- Communicating with staff at every level, in a calm, personable way, recommends onboarding and termination of personnel
- Overseeing several projects at the same time
- Ensuring that each stage of the project happens on time, on budget and to a high standard
- Reporting regularly on progress to the client and stakeholders
- Resolving any issues or delays
- Demonstrating knowledge of all areas of construction
- Assisting in surveying and generating bids for tender
- Managing several projects simultaneously with the support of site supervisors / lead-men
- Ensuring all necessary documents are handed over and submitted for proper documentations and collections.
- Prepares customer correspondence and inter-office memos are needed.
- Performs other related duties and responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Licensed Civil Engineer
- At least one (1) year experience Construction Management
- With knowledge in Construction Management Systems, Tools and Documents
- Can implement quality control and quality assurance of the materials and services rendered
- Amenable to do site visits or fieldwork
- Good communication skills
