Duties and Responsibilities
- Conducts planning, development, design and maintenance of facilities for all LBL building and property.
- Supervise and manage the technical personnel to oversee the operation of maintenance activities.
- Supervise and propose modification of existing structures that needs repair and rectifications.
- Manage and monitor all inter-related trades that will do the maintenance of other equipment to accommodate yearly maintenance of the property.
- Responsible for determining solutions that will be implemented and setting the priorities in maintaining the facility.
- Provides maintenance schedule of the property.
- Responsible in submitting weekly and monthly maintenance reports.
- Creates methodologies and process flow relative to maintaining all equipment
- Site visit and inspect the newly constructed property and to conduct punch listing and closeout prior to acceptance.
- Manage and expedite application and renewal of permits and licenses needed for government compliance.
- Attends meeting related to maintaining and facility management.
- Perform other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering
- At least 3 years of experience as facilities engineer or in a similar role
- Experience in AutoCAD and MS Office
- Knowledge of the building process and construction principles
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and building codes
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Project management skills
- Amenable to work in Calle Industria, Bagumbayan, Quezon City
